The National Technological Energy District (DiTNE) is a limited liability consortium company, established in 2008 to foster relationships and scientific collaborations between research and industry systems, strengthen the competitiveness of the energy-environment sector at national and international levels, and promote the growth of the entrepreneurial fabric and the skills of the country’s system.

DiTNE’s vision consists of: • supporting the development of research in the productive sectors of energy and the environment; • encouraging technology transfer; • fostering links between research, the production of goods and services, the financial world, and stakeholders.

Board of Directors
The current Board of Directors of DiTNE was appointed by the Shareholders’ Meeting on April 28, 2022, and will remain in office until the approval of the financial statements as of 12/31/2024.
It is composed of:

Supervisory Body
The Shareholders’ Meeting of June 22, 2020, decided to appoint a Sole Auditor in the person of Dr. Laura Genchi who will remain in office until the approval of the financial statements as of 12/31/2022.
Steering Committee
The Steering Committee is established under Article 35 of the current Statute, is composed of a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 9 members, and is responsible for“…evaluating the research undertaken by the District and assessing the quality of the results achieved.”The members of the Steering Committee are appointed during the same Shareholders’ Meeting that appoints the Board of Directors and remain in office for the same duration. In its first meeting, the Committee appoints a President from among its members, and it is currently composed of:

UNI EN ISO 9001:2015
QUALITY CERTIFICATE
DiTNE has obtained the Quality Management System certification according to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard for the following scope: “Technology transfer through the implementation of research projects/contracts; management of research projects/contracts and possible training projects even if not related to research projects; technical consulting in the energy and environmental fields” (IAF 34, 35).

The current Statute of DiTNE was approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting in the session of December 14, 2020.
